Disneyland, La Brea Tarpits and Huntington Library

It was a busy week with going to Newport and then back to home for fourth of July. We made the most of it. Joe joined us and we went to Disneyland like Ceiia and I had been planning all year. It was a different trip, I learned all about pin trading and the shops and parts of Disney I had overlooked before. We answered trivia and got Mystery pins that matched how we were dressed for the day. We wore our ears and our Loungeflys and landyards and were ready. I am so glad we still went on all the rides I like, like Pirates of the Carribean and Space Mountain. We went on Indiana Jones and right after we got off they closed the ride for the rest of the day. I felt blessed for missing that issue. We had the yummiest Apple bosenberry slushie and we had a great time getting autographs in the park. I am glad it was just how Celia wanted and we all had all day fun. With our Disney trip taken care of we spent the next few days going around LA. We saw the La brea Tar Pits and I was so in awe of that area having so much prehistoric history. We went by Rodeo drive and drove in Beverly Hills. We went by IN N Outin Hollywood and the LA Temple. We ended up doing a whole wedding day tour. We visited the Richard Nixon library where we had our reception. We passed by the Summit house where we had our luncheon and we of course reminseced on the temple grounds. I cannot believe next month will be 32 years married. I am still pretty happy about it. While down south we went to my old house growing up and a cool mexican resturant that had live music and we saw the World Cup game was on. We also got to visit the Huntington Library and Huntington Beach which are nowhere near ear other, but so fun. The Library had amaxing European Art and Gardens. We had a meal in the Chinese gardens and it was very nice. I am so glad we can visit these places relatively close by.

Last Cabin, Twice Utah, and One Birthday

This was a big trip and very anticipated since we have changes coming up with the ownership of the Family Cabin. We have gone there for over...
