Super Surprises with Spontaneity

Veteran's Day was nice. We went on a spontaneous car ride to see the mountains and preferably some water. We ended up in Oroville at the lake and dam. It was so fun to see the visitor center there with Celia. She loves to instruct and guide and talk about how things are so \amazing. What a joy to be around. Spence did well getting out of the car and doing a little hike around the area. It was pretty with grass and trees and and old bridge. It was a historical cite in dedicated to the engineers who worked on it. I love our little family and how much fun we have together. We found an outdoor stage and Joe, Celia and I put on a little impromptu show for Spence and Bri. Joseph was surprised at all my performance hamminess, but it was fun and a lot of laughs.  On the way home we pass a possible hiking spot for Emmy and I in the spring. The road home was beautiful and there were so many redwoods mixed with oaks that had colorful leaves. I am always amazed about the beauty nearby and how we ca stumble upon it riding around in our old mini van.  It is great t have these happy moments and we still worry over life's challenges and problems that seem unsolvable at the time.
